The reverse osmosis equipment is to pass the raw water through a fine filter, a granular activated carbon filter, a compressed activated carbon filter, etc., and then pressurize it through a pump, and use a reverse osmosis membrane (RO membrane) with a pore size of 1/10000 μm (equivalent to 1/6000 of the size of E. coli and 1/300 of the virus) to make the higher concentration of water become low concentration water, and at the same time isolate all the impurities mixed into the water such as industrial pollutants, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, etc., so as to meet the physical and chemical indicators and health standards specified for drinking. The reverse osmosis equipment produced by the company can provide high-quality pure water for electric power, metallurgy, light industry, automobile, semiconductor, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, medical and health industries, the equipment has the characteristics of compact structure, high quality and low price, the use of the most advanced reverse osmosis membrane, high efficiency, low noise high-pressure pump and accurate instrumentation and other parts combined into an independent reverse osmosis equipment system. The entire system is assembled on a separate bracket on which a control panel is also mounted. The whole reverse osmosis system is controlled by advanced PLC, which controls the start and stop of the high-pressure pump, automatic high and low pressure protection and automatic rapid flushing and other functions.

  The water output ranges from 0.5 m3/h to 1000 m3/h. The reverse osmosis pressure vessel is made of stainless steel or fiberglass, and the reverse osmosis membrane adopts low-pressure composite membrane, with a desalination rate of 99% and an operating pressure of 1.3-2.0Mpa, depending on the water temperature and water quality.

·  The water yield water conductivity meter continuously monitors the water quality of the produced water 


·  Inlet and drain pressure gauges continuously monitor the differential pressure of the reverse osmosis membrane and indicate when cleaning is required 


·  Automatic shut-off valve to prevent water from continuing to flow in during shutdown 


·  The rapid flushing valve flushes the membrane surface at regular intervals to reduce the rate of contamination

It is suitable for water quality with conductivity less than 500μS/cm, and the effluent conductivity is 1-10μS/cm, and the product water meets the national drinking purification water standard.
