In order to implement the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Resource Utilization of Wastewater" (Fagai Huan Zi [2021] No. 13) issued with the consent of the State Council, build a "1+N" policy system for the utilization of sewage resources, and actively promote the resource utilization of industrial wastewater, recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission and other six departments jointly issued the "Implementation Plan for Industrial Wastewater Recycling" (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Plan"), proposing to strive for the reuse rate of industrial water above designated size to reach about 94% by 2025. The reuse rate of industrial water above designated size in steel, petrochemical and nonferrous metals industries has been further improved, the reuse rate of industrial water above designated size in textile, papermaking, food and other industries has increased by more than 5 percentage points compared with 2020, the municipal reclaimed water for industrial use has increased significantly, and the water consumption per 10,000 yuan of industrial added value has decreased by 16% compared with 2020, basically forming a new pattern of efficient recycling of wastewater in major water-using industries.
The "Implementation Plan" puts forward specific tasks in seven aspects. The first is to focus on key industries and implement actions to improve wastewater recycling. Promote the transformation and upgrading of wastewater recycling technology in petrochemical, steel, nonferrous metals, papermaking, textile, food and other industries. Compile a roadmap for wastewater recycling in typical industries to improve the reuse rate of industrial water. The second is to adhere to innovation-driven and tackle a number of key core equipment technologies. Deployers
